The purpose of the Organization will be to establish a collaborative and supportive network of minority entrepreneurial leaders for the creation and sharing of opportunities and resources for business growth. This historically disadvantaged group will build, expand, and implement sustainable business models and practices for long-term growth and actively represent and serve the needs of their respective communities. 

The vision of the Minority Business Leaders Network is to unify the community of minority owned businesses, entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and community leaders and inspire excellence and vision as the businesses progress and penetrate through the levels of business development while supporting the needs of the community and the ever-changing business landscape.
